Purpose
Urbanlink Express LLC values client satisfaction and transparency. This Refund Policy outlines when and how refunds are issued for our services.
Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be approved if:
• Payment was made for a service not provided due to our internal error.
• The cancellation request was made at least 24 hours before scheduled pickup or delivery time.
Refunds are not issued for completed or partially completed services.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
• Delays caused by weather, traffic, or conditions beyond our control.
• Incorrect information provided by the customer.
• Services canceled after dispatch or pickup has occurred.
Refund Process
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
